Owen James Haffey

Owen is a recent graduate of Fordham University in NYC. There he majored in English with a concentrated minor in journalism. He is an alumnus of two Fund for American Studies programs. In 2017, he was enrolled with the Institute of Political Journalism and covered Homeland Security from the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., alongside taking classes from George Mason University in economics. In 2018, he was with the American Institute of Political and Economic Systems in Prague at Charles University which focused on political philosophy, international economics, and conflict management. Since graduation, Owen has been actively pursuing a job that would allow him to continue his passion for reporting.
