Clara Marie Berens

Clara Berens is a recent graduate of Anglo-American University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Journalism and Media Studies and served as Editor in Chief of the university’s student-run newspaper, Lennon Wall. Part of her undergraduate thesis, which was an investigative journalism piece exposing the lack of safeguarding policies in the Czech Gymnastics Federation, was published by Radio Prague International. Clara enjoys multimedia storytelling and hosts a podcast that features interviews with rock climbers mid-ascent. Following the Journey: Journalism Bootcamp, she will relocate to China for a marketing internship because that is where she was told the money is. Clara functions better when she is under pressure and she wants to spend the rest of her life learning new things and writing about it.
