A free co-study space in Lesser Town

Are you looking for a pleasant space where you can study and write your term papers? Or a place where you can work on projects with your friends without being disturbed by roommates?


Come to the Student Hub!

The Bakala Foundation’s Student Hub is the first co-study space for high school and university students in Prague. Here, you can study independently or work on group projects; all you have to do is register and show up. And best of all, the Student Hub is free! You’ll find us in beautiful Lesser Town, just a short walk from Malostranské náměstí.

What else makes the Student Hub a great place for studying?
We offer:
High-speed wi-fi;
A reliable printer, and;
Good coffee and tea.


When is the Student Hub open?

Monday to Thursday, from 10 am to 4 pm.

The Hub is closed from October 14, 2020 until further notice.

What does the Student Hub look like?

How do you become a member of the Student Hub?

Any high school or university student between the ages of 15 and 33 (inclusive) can become a Student Hub member. Membership is free.

We can also help you get ready to study abroad!

  • Our library is filled with textbooks and guidebooks for studying at foreign universities.
  • You can arrange a meeting with our study advisor, who will help you choose a foreign university and prepare for the application process.
  • You can attend one of our free lectures or workshops on studying abroad.
