What are the effects of policy uncertainty on the economy? How does policy uncertainty affect prices? And how much does it actually cost? These questions I aim to answer in my research. I have earned a bachelor’s degree from the Charles University in Prague. I spent an exchange year in Frankfurt am Main where I attended lectures at the Goethe University as well as developed a liquidity risk management model consistent with Basel III requirements. I won McKinsey Scholar award for talented students and received an Honorary Mention in the Young Economist of the Year competition of the Czech Economic Society. I finished my Research Master’s studies at Tilburg University. Currently, I am a PhD Candidate at Swiss Finance Institute and University of Lugano.
