I am a first year graduate student of physics at Stanford University, USA. I specialize in astrophysics, cosmology, and artificial intelligence. My interests also include space exploration, amateur astronomy, and mathematics. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physics and astrophysics at Trinity College, University of Cambridge in the UK. During my studies, I was a member of the First and Third Trinity Boat Club, and served as the chairman of the Cambridge University Astronomical Society. In the past years, I undertook research internships at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Canada, Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics in Germany, and the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge. I also spent three months doing research in theoretical neuroscience and deep learning at Stanford. During my high school studies, I collected the total of eight medals at international rounds of the Physics and Astronomy Olympiad. I am also a recipient of three gold medals and the Absolute Winner award of the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics. I am still actively involved in organizing the Physics and Astronomy Olympiads by setting problems and lecturing.
