Nikita Poljakov

Seven years in Russia, almost two decades in the Czech Republic, four years in Great Britain. Rapid convergence of these countries’ economic cultures was crucial for me. Their individual stories brought me to journalism. During my studies at the Faculty of Journalism in Prague I started to describe the business environment through articles in Hospodářské noviny daily, which I have been doing for the last five years. At the same time for the last couple of years I had been deepening my academic knowledge at London’s universities, recently at London School of Economics and Political Science, where I learned to understand the economic and political values, which shape our societies. At the moment I am utilizing my education in the media business.
