After graduating from Masaryk University, I completed a year-long LLM (Masters of Law) at the London School of Economics, specialising in Public International Law. I was offered a training contract with the international law firm Freshfields in London, and filled the two “gap” years with studying for the English law conversion, becoming a fully-trained Pret a Manger barista, working for Chatham House, coaching a Jessup moot court team at the LSE, traveling through South America and learning to dance salsa. I worked at Freshfields during 2013-2019, in London, Paris and Singapore. Since 2019, I work at Debevoise & Plimpton, where I represent state, corporate and other clients in a wide variety of international disputes.
