I got my bachelor's degree in theoretical computer science at the Faculty of Information Technology, Czech Technical University in Prague. With the support of the Bakala Foundation, I now continue with my master's degree at ETH Zurich with the same major. Although my main focus is the underlying theory, I am also interested in more practical areas of computer science, such as software engineering or machine learning. In my free time, besides classical activities like sports or reading, I like to learn German or Chinese. I take part in organizing a programming contest FIKS (Fiťácký informatický korespondenční seminář), and I am a co-founder of a charity project Milý Ježíšku, thanks to which thousands of children in orphanages receive Christmas presents every year.
