Martin Bernát

Martin is an investor and entrepreneur currently based in Prague, with previous experience in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance. He serves on boards of directors of several companies in the CEE region, both in executive and non-executive roles. Martin studied chemistry and chemical engineering at the California Institute of Technology and in 2011 graduated from University College London with MSc in physical chemistry. Afterwards, with the help of the Bakala Foundation, he obtained MS in management from MINES ParisTech and M.Eng in thermal power engineering from Tsinghua University.
