Klára Knotová

Following my academic training in theoretical economics and law at the Sorbonne in Paris, I enrolled in MBA program at Pepperdine University, due to kind support of the Bakala Foundation. Pepperdine offers an incredibly friendly and safe environment where one is not afraid to defend their ideas and be wrong. The experience has been truly invaluable. Along the way, I have been gathering professional experiences, for example at the auction house Christie’s in London, and realized that combining business and art is the right career path for me. After completing my MBA, I joined a leading designer of bespoke art glass installations in New York City. I am interested in culture and arts enjoy sports, cooking and most importantly meeting new people and broadening my horizons.
