Júlia is a student at the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest. As a BA student, her major is English and American studies. As a high school student, in autumn 2016, she recieved the “Aranytoll” (“Golden pen”) award from Zalai Hírlap, Zala county’s newspaper in Hungary. Every semester, it is given to a high school student of the county whose articles are judged to be the best in that period. Between 2016 and 2019, Júlia wrote articles for Nyugat- Balatoni Kalendárium, a calendar book presenting stories about Lake Balaton’s western region. Since 2017, she has been writing for Pesti Bölcsész Újság – a student newspaper of ELTE’s Faculty of Humanities. In 2019, she was an intern at Hungary Today, a website providing news about Hungary in English. She likes aerobics, hiking, going to concerts and reading.
