I graduated from 2nd Faculty of medicine Charles University Prague in 2010. I gained practical experience during several extracurricular training programmes during my medical studies – prestigious scholarship from K. Driehaus Foundation at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, or Medizinische Hochschule Hannover. During my medical studies I started to attend Faculty of social sciences at Charles University, Prague, subject Territorial studies. I graduated the bachelor programme in 2012. After the graduation of medical school I started to work at the Clinic of Infectious Parasitic and Tropical Diseases at the Bulovka University Hospital, in between I attended several summer schools focused on International health, which lead to my studies of Master of Science Programme in International Health, held by TropEd organisation at the Charité University, Berlin. I graduated with the DTM&PH Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public Health. Later I co-worked with WHO Czech regional office and was a head of health mission with organization People in Need in Mongolia, I also worked repeatedly in refugee camps in Greece. I completed my training in Infectious diseases in 2017 and in paediatrics in 2022. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Infectious diseases at 3rd Faculty of medicine Charles University Prague, and as a attending physician at the pediatric department, running the pediatric infectious dieaseses clinic for last 2 years. I also work in a vaccination centre there, where I focuse on vaccinating at-risk paediatric patients. I attended Salzburg medical seminars three times and spent 4 weeks on a OMI Observership Program in Pediatric Infectology held at the LKH Universität Klinikum Graz. Since September 2022 I´m a member of a Steering committee cCMVnet – international network for congenital CMV infection and a Young ESPID country representative for the Czech republic.
