Christmas Treat Talks is an inspirational series of lectures and workshops on studying abroad and many other interesting topics presented by the Bakala Foundation scholars.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
It is intended for all high school students aged 14 to 19, whether they come on their own or with their class and teacher.
WHAT CAN YOU LOOK FORWARD TO?
- A series of lectures on various topics related to studying abroad, as well as other interesting societal topics.
- 45-minute blocks in the Czech language. Parallel program in two halls – students can choose which lectures to attend.
- The lecturers are Scholarship and High School Scholarships recipients who study (or have graduated from) at prestigious foreign universities and high schools, graduates of other Bakala Foundation programs such as the Journey and Achilles Data journalism programs, or the Kaplicky Internship architectural competition.
- Those interested in studying abroad will be able to meet with: Karolina Jiřelová, Scholarship Program Manager; Denisa Maková - High School Scholarships Program Coordinator; and Kristýna Burdová Borsodi, Study Advisor.
- In the foyer, you will find information stands from partner organizations DofE and Discover (Discover Summer Academy).
- Light refreshments will be provided during breaks.
