Dea Badzagua

Dea is a final-year student at the Caucasus University of Journalism and Mass Communication. She has worked as a news journalist for Euronews Georgia. Except that, she also has experience in both online and print media, as a freelancer contributing to platforms such as Amarta, City Magazine, Tormeti.com.

Dea currently works as an investigative journalist for TV Formulas program "Saturdays Formula". She has reported on topics such as elite corruption, criminal, nepotism. Her responsibilities have included story research, generating and developing storylines in accordance with producers, conducting interviews, writing scripts, and editing videos alongside editors.

Dea is also passionate about data journalism and aims to integrate data-driven insights into her investigative work. Dea seeks to balance meticulous investigation with sophisticated storytelling to ensure her reporting both informs and interests her audience. Dea aspires to continue her career as an investigative correspondent, dedicated to uncovering hidden stories.
