How to sell your ideas: Keys to public communication and campaigning

How to communicate and promote your ideas effectively? Come and learn from the professionals of the European Youth Press, how to communicate with media and the public, try out a presentation in front of a camera, and get a valuable personalized feedback! Bakala Student HUB and European Youth Press invite you to interactive seminar and workshop on effective public communication and campaigning to promote your ideas. The event will take place on June 21, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Bakala Student HUB (Pernerova 51/676). ➤ Lecturers Mariell Raisma and Martin Maska will introduce you to principles of communication with media and the public, including tips and tricks to make it more impactful. You will also explore tools for e-participation and the best examples of political marketing (especially from USA, UK, and France). ➤ During the practical part, you will walk in shoes of a public figure - write down the key message of your project and prepare a 90 second speech to present in front of camera (in Czech or English). ➤ You will get a valuable personalized feedback to help you get your message across professionally and effectively.
